To request deletion of your Docffer account and associated data, please email privacy@docffer.com from the email address on file. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will respond within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, audit obligations, or to resolve disputes.
For patient cases: you can also withdraw a case from the marketplace at any time from your dashboard, which immediately blocks new doctor access.
