This agreement applies to all licensed doctors who participate on Docffer.
1. Licensing and authority
You confirm you are properly licensed and legally allowed to provide each service or treatment you offer through the platform, in each jurisdiction in which you offer it.
2. Independent professional
You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Docffer. Docffer does not direct, supervise or control your clinical judgment, pricing, or care.
3. Verification
You consent to verification checks including the NPI Registry, state medical/dental board license lookups, OIG LEIE exclusions, SAM.gov debarment, identity verification, and manual admin review of license documents, board certifications, and clinic information. Verification may be re-run periodically.
4. Anti-circumvention
- You will not attempt to identify, contact, solicit, or bypass the platform before patient authorization.
- You will not include phone numbers, emails, URLs, WhatsApp references, or other direct contact details in offers or messages before authorized reveal.
5. Data handling
- You will not download, copy, redistribute, or misuse patient files outside platform terms and applicable law.
- You will treat all patient information as confidential and use it only to provide the offer or treatment.
6. Notice of changes
You will notify Docffer promptly if your license, malpractice coverage, sanctions, board status, or ability to practice changes.
7. Suspension
Docffer may suspend or remove your account for failed verification, complaints, suspicious behavior, or compliance risk.
8. Beta pricing notice
Docffer is currently free for approved doctors during beta. Docffer may introduce fees, credits, offer fees, unlock fees, deposits, subscriptions, or success-based pricing in the future. No future fee will be charged without prior notice and your acceptance of updated terms.
