Attorney review required before production launchv0.1 — DRAFT

1. Marketplace, not a medical provider

Docffer is a marketplace and technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed doctors. Docffer does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment, and is not responsible for the professional judgment, recommendations, pricing, or care provided by any doctor on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have authorized adult representation) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Docffer.

3. Account roles

Docffer has four roles: patient, doctor, admin, and support. Cross-role access is strictly enforced. You agree to use only the role assigned to you.

4. Patient submissions

By submitting a case, you understand that limited, de-identified medical information may be shared with multiple verified doctors who match the relevant category and location criteria. You should not upload information you do not want reviewed by verified doctors.

5. Doctor obligations

  • You are a properly licensed professional and legally allowed to provide what you offer.
  • You will not attempt to identify, contact, solicit or bypass the platform before authorization.
  • You will not download, copy, redistribute, or misuse patient files outside platform terms and law.
  • You will notify Docffer if your license, malpractice, sanctions, board status, or ability to practice changes.

6. Beta pricing notice

Docffer is currently free during beta. Docffer may introduce fees, credits, offer fees, unlock fees, deposits, subscriptions, or success-based pricing in the future. No future fee will be charged without prior notice and your acceptance of updated terms.

7. Suspension

Docffer may suspend accounts for failed verification, patient complaints, suspicious behavior, or compliance risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docffer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement, and disclaims liability for the acts of any independent doctor on the platform.

9. Governing law

To be specified by counsel before launch.
